Parliament approves Oppong Nkrumah and four other minister designates
The appointment committee of parliament have approved minister designate for information and four other substantive ministers.
The others who were also approved are the Minister-designate for Gender, Child and Social protection, Cynthia Morrison, and the Minister-designate for the Upper East Region, Ambassador Paulina Tangaba Abayage, Mr Evans Opoku Bobie and Martin Oti Gyarko, Minister-designate and Deputy Minister-designate for the Brong Ahafo Region, as well as Samuel Nuertey Ayertey, Deputy Minister-designate for the Eastern Region.
They were vetted by the committee on Friday, 26 October 2018.
However today Thursday, 1 November 2018, the approval was unanimous.
He said there were no dissenting views from members of the committee.
