Ghanaian physically challenged man won World 100m race
A Ghanaian physically challenged man has proven that disability is not inability.
Ralphael Botsyo, born with no legs grew up to be a shoe shine boy in Sunyani, with a self-made wheelchair.
His passion for sports made him relocate to Accra when he got to know that there was a sports for disabled people.
Few years after joining the disabled sports in Accra, Ralphael defied all and rose from glory to glory.
He’s been a National Wheelchair Racing Champion, All African Games Champion, Commonwealth Games Champion and a multiple Olympian.
He had added another feat to the already tall list of his by winning the T54 World Wheelchair 100m race in Arizona, USA on Friday, 24th May 2019.
