Doha Forum Engages at St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, Signs Strategic Partnership with RosCongress
Doha Forum, a prominent global platform dedicated to dialogue and diplomacy, participated in the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) held in Russia from June 18 to 21. Leading the delegation was Maha Al Kuwari, General Manager of Doha Forum, who conducted a series of high-level bilateral meetings with influential policy makers, economic leaders, and institutional representatives.
A highlight of Doha Forum’s participation was the signing of a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the RosCongress Foundation, officially appointing RosCongress as a Content Partner for Doha Forum 2025. This partnership underscores Doha Forum’s commitment to promoting constructive dialogue across regions and institutions.
General Manager Maha Al Kuwari stated, “This partnership reflects Doha Forum’s commitment to fostering constructive dialogue across regions and institutions. RosCongress brings invaluable expertise and strategic perspective to our platform. Together, we look forward to shaping conversations that contribute to more inclusive and effective global cooperation.”
As part of the agreement, RosCongress will co-organize a high-level session at the 23rd edition of Doha Forum, scheduled for December 6-7, 2025, in Doha. The collaboration also paves the way for joint events, publications, and the nomination of senior delegates to participate in the forum.
The upcoming Doha Forum will convene global leaders, policymakers, business executives, and experts to discuss pressing issues in geopolitics, economic resilience, innovation, technology, security, and cultural diplomacy under the theme “Justice in Action: Beyond Promises to Progress.”
